alanna.ai’s onboarding process is as simple as 1-2-3. Full onboarding averages around 60 days and our onboarding team handles the majority of it with our white glove process. Here is what to expect.

Go Live in 60 Days or Less

Step 1 – Weeks 1–2

Installation & Planning

Installation: Alanna is connected to your Title Production System (SoftPro, ResWare, RamQuest, etc.). Access and permissions are verified.

Discovery: We meet your team to understand workflows, communication styles, and business rules.

Planning: You choose features (texting, Smart Forms, order entry), and we define a custom project plan with a go-live timeline.

Step 2 – Weeks 3–6

Configuration & Testing

Alanna is configured to match your brand, file types, and processes.

Integrations with your Title Production System are tested thoroughly.

Your team enters a staged go-live, testing real scenarios in a safe, controlled environment.

Step 3 – Weeks 7–8

Training & Go-Live

Live training is provided to your staff, with recorded guides for reference.

Alanna goes live in your production environment with full support during rollout.

A dedicated success manager supports adoption, answers questions, and ensures ongoing success.
